With a rich and varied background spanning from hands-on experience at a local farm and arboretum to working with Network Rail, he developed a deep understanding of outdoor spaces and how to bring them to life.

Armed with a small Peugeot Partner van, a pair of green fingers, and an ambitious vision, Adam set out on a mission to transform gardens across Worcestershire. His dedication to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces quickly earned him a loyal client base.

At Spring Forward, Adam combines traditional expertise with innovative solutions to help homeowners and businesses make the most of their green spaces. Whether it’s breathing new life into overgrown gardens or designing bespoke landscapes that blend aesthetics with practicality, his work is driven by passion, precision, and the joy of seeing a space flourish.

Although relatively new to the landscaping industry, Olivia has quickly found a passion for working on-site—witnessing skilled teams in action and seeing gardens transform into beautiful, functional spaces. With over two decades of experience in small business management across various sectors, Olivia brings a wealth of expertise in fostering strong working relationships and developing efficient systems that keep operations running smoothly. Their strategic approach ensures that both behind-the-scenes processes and customer interactions are handled with precision and care, supporting the continued success of the company.

Beyond work, Olivia is an avid outdoor enthusiast, often found hillwalking, exploring the countryside, or enjoying clay pigeon shooting. Their dream garden would be a flourishing wildflower meadow—a natural haven reflecting their love for the outdoors. And when it comes to favorite flowers, nothing compares to the timeless charm of the daffodil.

With extensive experience in the horticulture industry, Jacob is a key member of Spring Forward’s Garden Maintenance team. His expertise lies in lawn care, where his deep understanding of grass health, soil conditions, and seasonal treatments ensures that every lawn he works on remains lush, vibrant, and well-maintained.

Jacob’s meticulous approach to turf management means he’s skilled in everything from aeration and fertilisation to pest control and tailored maintenance plans. Tony is a dedicated and reliable member of the Spring Forward team, bringing over a decade of experience from the construction industry. Since joining in June 2023, he has applied his diverse skill set to landscaping, using his expertise to craft beautiful, functional, and serene outdoor spaces. His ability to transform gardens into peaceful retreats reflects his passion for creating environments that offer calmness and relaxation throughout the changing seasons.

With a strong foundation in construction, Tony understands the importance of precision, durability, and thoughtful design when shaping outdoor spaces. Outside of work, Tony leads an active lifestyle. He plays football for a local team, enjoys the adventure of camping and surfing, and values quality time with his family.
