Over the last five years our gardens have needed to be multifunctional in so many ways ranging from a fun outdoor area for the children to enjoy, creating a space of calm to enable many to work from home and a place just to sit and enjoy the nature all around us. Spring Forward Landscaping Ltd has helped many homeowners across the Worcestershire area transform their gardens into practical outdoor spaces that complement the home.
Do you know how Spring Forward Landscaping began? It all started with ten days of work, a Peugeot Partner and Adam’s passion and Knowledge in Hard Landscaping. Whilst the Peugeot has been traded in for a better model or two Spring Forward Landscaping has grown from strength to strength even in times of uncertainty.
How can any of us forget the events of 2020 when an unknown virus started to make headlines and hand sanitiser was on the top of everyone’s shopping list many Businesses did not know what was happening from one week to the next. We suffered from Lockdowns, delays in materials as suppliers had temporarily closed in line with Covid restrictions. With the support and understanding from clients we made it through those turbulent times.
As the Business has grown so have the number of employees and vehicles! The first Employee was Adams wife Lorna who started with the company to help with administration and other Office based duties back in December 2019. Since then, she has attended and completed two courses with TDM to learn new skills for her new role.
Since March 2020 we have been committed to employing staff rather than relying on sub-contractors for our projects. It hasn’t been an easy task, but we now currently employ two members of staff for the Hard Landscaping, and we have another employee for Garden Maintenance, and we are hoping to grow through taking on an Apprentice so we can train the next generation of Hard Landscaping or Horticultural experts.
It’s not only the next generation we want to invest in but also the knowledge and skills of our current staff members. In September Adam and our trainee Team Leader Callum will be attending a course in rendering to expand their skillset and offer rendering as an in-house service to ensure quality of finish.
Within the past six months we have been able to introduce our new Garden Maintenance service, whether you just require a regular mow of the lawn or want to keep your garden pristine and neat after a recent Landscaping project, we can provide a service that best suits you. In the next few months, we are looking for the right Apprentice to join our team and help expand our Garden maintenance service.
We are so happy to celebrate this milestone with our clients past and present as well as our fellow Worcestershire based Businesses that have supported us throughout the years. We will continue to provide high quality outdoor installations through our devoted Hard Landscaping Team as well as offer a five-star rated Garden maintenance service no matter how big or small.
